Is it safe?

Every product page says who advises, where to collect and how to withdraw. A medicine or a medical device is only reserved online: nothing is paid or held, and the pharmacist checks it before preparing it.

How do I get my order?

Medicines and medical devices are collected and paid for at the counter, and your pharmacy lets you know as soon as they are ready. Parapharmacy can also be delivered to you, if your pharmacy offers it: by card, the amount is only held and charged when your order leaves the pharmacy.

What you are wondering

No. You order on your pharmacy's site, at its address, and the pharmacy is the one selling to you. Apoly provides the technology and has no shop.

No. A prescription medicine is collected at the counter, with your prescription. Online: you buy your pharmacy's parapharmacy, and you reserve non-prescription medicines and medical devices, which you collect and pay for at the counter.

The pharmacist in charge, the address, the phone number and the authorisation number are on the home page. If it sells medicines online, it also appears on the list of notified online pharmacies published by the FAMHP (AFMPS).

A reservation (medicines, medical devices), always at the pharmacy, as soon as your pharmacist has validated it: you pay for it at the counter. Parapharmacy, at the pharmacy too, or at your home if your pharmacy offers delivery.

Because parapharmacy is bought and paid for online, while a medicine or a medical device can only be reserved: you collect it and pay for it at the counter. Your basket therefore becomes one purchase order and one reservation, each with its own number.

For a parapharmacy purchase: by card, when your order leaves the pharmacy, either when you collect it or when the courier picks it up. Until then, the amount is only held, and nothing is charged if you do not come. For a reservation of medicines or medical devices, nothing is requested online: you pay at the counter, on collection.
