What it asks of you
Your pharmacy software stays yours. Apoly reads its export; the rest fits in four lines.
Your catalogue, imported
From your pharmacy software's CNK export, with you, at set-up.
Your prices, in one go
By aisle, with a preview before saving.
No parcels to prepare
You validate in one tap. A partner picks up, prepares and delivers the parapharmacy. Medicines and medical devices are always collected at the counter.
Your product pages, at your own pace
Photos and descriptions start from supplier data sheets. Nothing is published without your review.

Tools made for your pharmacy
Your orders and the medicines lock, in a single area, on your phone as on your screen.

Every order, validated by you
Nothing moves without your action; a medicine is always collected at the counter.

Medicines under lock
Without a FAMHP notification reference, no medicine can be published. The block is technical.
Apoly's demo environment.
Apoly is not a pharmacy: apoly.be sells no products. The seller is always your pharmacy.
Notifying the FAMHP (AFMPS) and the Order remains your step: Apoly does not do it for you. While your notification reference is missing, no medicine can be published; your shop starts with parapharmacy, and non-prescription medicines are added afterwards, as reservations: collection and payment at the counter, never delivery or a card hold.
What stays yours
Your name at the top of the site, your customers with you, your prices set by you. Apoly signs in small print, in second place.

The network is shrinking, online sales are growing.
Belgian pharmacies are declining year after year while Belgians buy more and more online.
4 581
pharmacies open to the public in Belgium in 2026, 77 fewer than a year earlier
181
pharmacies permanently closed since 2020, 54 % of them in Wallonia
17,4 bn €
spent online by Belgians in 2024, across all sectors, up 6,7 % on the previous year
Apoly does not claim to reverse this curve. It puts you on the right side of it.

149 €
per month, Essentiel plan
+ 790 € set-up
Pro plan: 299 € per month + 1 490 € set-up. Excl. VAT, no commitment, cancel monthly.
Essentiel imports your catalogue at set-up; Pro synchronises it automatically and adds delivery by a logistics partner, offers, statistics and the companies module (plan details).
Online payments are collected by your pharmacy into its own Stripe account; the fees are Stripe's, and Apoly adds nothing to them.
Questions you are going to ask
To sell medicines online, yes: the pharmacist in charge notifies the site to the FAMHP (AFMPS) and the Order of Pharmacists within one month, and the FAMHP list shows notified online pharmacies. For the model in place today — reservation, collection and payment at the counter — the FAMHP writes that such a site is not an internet pharmacy and that article 29 does not apply to it: no notification would therefore be required, to be confirmed, a request for advice is pending. On Apoly, no medicine can be published without your notification reference. Details on the page « Vendre en ligne, en règle » (French and Dutch versions prevail).
Yes, and it is the cautious route, to be confirmed by the Order of Pharmacists: cosmetics and food supplements fall outside article 29. Your medicines stay blocked on Apoly until you enter your notification reference. Once published, they are not sold online: they are reserved, like every medical device, and paid for at the counter.
Apoly shows your pharmacy's identity on the shop, blocks your medicines while the notification reference is missing, keeps medicines and medical devices for collection and payment at the counter with no card hold, and applies no discount to them. Apoly does not notify on your behalf, authorises no sale, does not check your reference with the FAMHP and does not replace the advice of the Order. Still in progress: the official logo, package leaflets, article 29 notices and the FAMHP's advice on this model.
You do. The payment account is yours, and the funds go straight into it. We invoice you a subscription, like any software supplier. Online payments are collected by your pharmacy into its own Stripe account; the fees are Stripe's, and Apoly adds nothing to them.
Because a commission on medicines, paid by a pharmacy to a company that is not a pharmacy, raises a problem of professional independence. We preferred a model that raises that question for no one. You know what you pay, every month, whatever your turnover.
They are out of scope. Your shop sells parapharmacy online, and offers non-prescription medicines and medical devices as reservations: the patient collects them and pays for them at the counter. Dispensing a prescription stays at the counter too.
You get your catalogue and your customer file back, in a usable format. The subscription ends at the end of the paid period. If the domain is yours, it stays yours. No clause holds you back.
No. Apoly has no shop and never will — it is prohibited anyway: only a pharmacy can sell medicines. We sell software to pharmacists, not products to patients.
